PCB Destacker PCB Loader

The Motek PCB Destacker PCB Loader is an efficient SMT Destacker Loader device engineered for automatic board handling in PCB assembly lines. As a PCB Destacker & Loader, it combines stack/de-stack functionality to streamline the flow of boards from magazines into the line.

This Automatic Destacker Loader is SMEMA-compatible, allowing seamless integration with upstream and downstream equipment. With a maximum PCB capacity up to 400 boards (0.6 mm thick), it supports PCB Loader operation with reliable speed and consistency. The device features a “soft touch” LED membrane control panel or an optional touchscreen for intuitive operation.

Its structure uses aluminum with a bottom weight design, making the PCB Destacker stable and not easy to shift. The PCB Loader / Destacker supports bypass mode for flexibility, smooth and precise translation via stepper motor, and minimized clearance between conveyor sections for stable transfer. Transport height is standard (~900 mm plus tolerance) and direction customizable (left-to-right or right-to-left).
