The SMT Dual Rail Unloader BH-M-N is a precision board handling module designed for automatic unloading in double-track SMT lines. As a Dual Track Unloader, it receives signals from the host system and pushes completed PCBs into storage racks, automating the board outlet process and significantly reducing manual labor.

This Dual Rail Unloader is composed of three key parts: the lifting mechanism, the standby rack conveyor, and the pusher plate rails. Its sturdy structure ensures reliability and a long lifespan. Users can choose between LED membrane switch panels or touch screen interfaces for operation. Upper and lower pneumatic clamps hold the material box securely, and a specialized air circuit design protects PCBs from damage during transfer. The machine features automatic fault detection with error codes and utilizes wear-resistant cabling for enhanced durability. It includes SMEMA interface compatibility for seamless line integration.
