As an Automatic Glue Dispenser, the DMDJ331 supports 3D non-planar trajectory dispensing—capable of drawing points, lines, surfaces, arcs, and complex curves continuously without interruption.

Featuring dual-rail mechanical arms and a Z-axis brake motor, this glue dispenser ensures stable motion and repeatability up to ±0.02 mm per axis. It allows parameterization of glue size, dispensing speed, dispensing time, and pause time, enabling fine-tuning for various adhesive types and production conditions. It offers a large memory capacity with 9,999 dispensing process files, making job changes faster and more efficient.

The DMDJ331 comes with the Dinghua professional glue dispenser software control system to ensure consistent glue output, clean cutoffs, and no leakage. Its structure uses a die-cast aluminum profile with CNC machining for precision and durability. The modular design allows for quick replacement of parts, and imported cables reduce the risk of disconnection or damage. The base is thickened and insulated for stability, and the whole assembly is designed for low noise and smooth operation even at high speed.
