The Automatic Glue Dispenser DMD221 is a high-precision SMT glue dispensing system designed for flexible adhesive application across PCB lines. Equipped with dual-rail mechanical arms and a Z-axis brake motor, this Glue Dispenser DMD221 ensures stable motion and high repeatability up to ±0.02 mm. Its dispensing system allows parameterization of glue size, speed, dispensation time, and pause time, making the dispenser adaptable for various adhesive types and production conditions. The system supports storage of 9,999 dispensing program files, letting operators switch tasks quickly without reprogramming from scratch.
The DMD221 features closed-loop motor control with timing belt transmission and uses a handheld teaching box or LCD interface for programming. It offers a dispensing range of 500 × 300 × 300 mm (X / Y1 / Y2 / Z axes), and can handle up to 10 kg loading capacity. Movement speed is adjustable from 0 to 500 mm/s. Yield control accuracy is 0.003 mL per dispense.
Constructed with a die-cast aluminum profile and CNC-machined parts, it provides consistency, easy cleaning, and durability. The modular design enables quick replacement of damaged parts.
