With a cycle time of approximately 10 seconds and a maximum PCB capacity of 400 boards (0.6 mm thickness), this PCB Magazine Unloader / Stacker handles high throughput without compromising stability. The Automatic PCB Unloader functionality ensures reliable output flow, while the stacker part protects boards from damage during stacking.
Operator comfort is prioritized: choose between a soft-touch LED membrane control panel or touchscreen for intuitive operation. The aluminum structure with a bottom weight design ensures the machine is not easily shifted. Smooth and precise translation is achieved via stepper motor drive, minimizing clearance between conveyors for stable board transfer. Transport direction (left-right or right-left) and custom transport height around 900 mm are supported to adapt to different line layouts.
