The SMM-450 PCB Surface Cleaning Machine is a high-precision cleaning system designed to remove particles, flux residue, or dust from PCB surfaces before soldering or assembly. As a PCB cleaner, the SMM-450 uses a three-stage spray/jet cleaning process with filtered circulation to prevent recontamination and maintain consistency.

The machine features a fine mesh filtration system to isolate contaminants, and a spray circuit with adjustable water pressure and speed to adapt to different board materials and contamination levels. The clean area supports PCB dimensions from 50 × 50 mm to 450 × 450 mm, accommodating a wide range of product sizes. Adjustable transport speed ensures effective cleaning without damaging sensitive components.

Structure and design details include a solid stainless steel frame, transparent covers for observation, easy access doors, and a splash control system to protect surrounding equipment. A user-friendly control panel allows setting spray time, drying time, pump flow, and conveyor speed.
